Our Return Policy

Our return policy is called our Investment in Happiness. Put simply, if you don’t love your gear, send it back. We accept returns for gear purchased through our website and at our Vuori retail store locations within a 120-day** period for a refund back to the original form of payment. We feel this should be enough time for you to experience your gear, discover whether you love it, and get it back to us. Order shipping costs to ship items to you are non-refundable, keep in mind Ground Shipping is free for orders over $75 for all US customers, and your package must make it back to us within 120 days**. Sale items are eligible for return under our Investment in Happiness policy as well, they must be returned within 120 days** of purchase and bought from the Sale Section of our website or one of our Vuori Retail stores. 

**For all orders paid with Amazon Pay, returns must be completed within 90 days to receive a refund to the original payment method.

When using a Vuori Gift Card as partial payment for your order, if you return an item(s) or your entire order, your refund will be split between your Vuori Gift Card(s) and the other payment method.

Start your return by visiting our Vuori Return Portal. Please ensure you use our pre-paid Vuori return shipping labels to avoid extended processing times and receive an accurate refund amount.

While we do not offer direct exchanges you can place a new order whenever you’re ready and use the above form to process a free return. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need further assistance.

* At this time we cannot support International returns for purchases that were made in the US. 

A Note on Final Sale Items:

Some items are marked as Final Sale, these items are usually purchased at a Vuori Warehouse Sale or other Alternative Retail. Final Sale items do not fall under our Investment in Happiness Policy. We do not accept Final Sale items for return, exchange, or store credit. If a Final Sale item is sent to our returns facility, it will not be sent back to the sender unless the sender provides a return shipping label. Vuori is not responsible for Final Sale Items sent back to our returns facility. 

A Note on Return Bags & Boxes

Please use the recyclable plastic bag or box that your order and all its contents was mailed in. The recyclable plastic bag is resealable and contains a fresh sticky flap for you to reseal your return. Please DO NOT use the paper packaging your clothing is packaged in.
