Gift Cards

To check the balance of a Digital Gift Card purchased on our website visit this link. To check the balance of a Physical Gift Card, please visit your local Vuori Retail Store or email us at [email protected]. Please note that you cannot check your balance on our website if you were issued a physical gift card. If you are having trouble using your Gift Card, please ensure you are entering the code at checkout in the box titled “Discount code or gift card”. 

It is possible to use multiple Vuori Gift Cards to pay for your order as well as a combination of Vuori Gift Card(s) and one additional payment method. 

When using a Vuori Gift Card as partial payment for your order, if you return an item or your entire order, your refund will be split between your gift card and the other payment method. The only form of store credit available at this time is a gift card.

Vuori Gift Cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Digital Gift Card will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of purchase, depending on when you set delivery. Discount Codes and Gift Cards are not able to be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise in any US Vuori Store or online at [email protected]. Gift Cards are only valid in the country they are purchased in. Tax is not applied to any purchase of a Gift Card.

Gift Card Links: If you’ve waited 7 or more days to open your gift card link, the link will no longer be valid as it expires after 7 days. Not to worry, after clicking the expired link, a new working link will be sent to the original email address the gift card was sent to. If the gift card email was forwarded to you, please reach out to the forwarder for the new link. Sometimes these emails end up in Spam or Promotion folders of email inboxes, be sure to check there if you can’t find it.

NEITHER VUORI, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, MAKES ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO VUORI E-GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEMS WITH AN E-GIFT CARD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A NONFUNCTIONAL E-GIFT CARD CODE, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND VUORI’S SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-GIFT CARD. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS DETERMINED TO BE UNENFORCEABLE OR INVALID FOR ANY REASON, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VUORI UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES FOR LIABILITIES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIMITED SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
